I approach therapy from an active listening standpoint. This means that I allow my clients to become comfortable opening up to me and expressing their feelings. Then, I begin to go through a list of coping mechanisms which pertain to their needs.

I specialize in working with people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and especially grief. Grief has intensified across the world and I often work with those who are trying to sort through the healing journey and process their loss

I became a therapist because I know what it means to deal with pain and feel as though you have to deal with it silently.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I currently am offering video therapy sessions only through zoom. There are no in person sessions offered at this time.
