I think therapy varies for every person, so I use a multi-modal approach. I love incorporating art and creative activities in sessions especially with children/adolescents. The environment is light, real, comfortable, personalized, and accepting!

Together we can first do a free initial consult whether in person or virtual through Telehealth. We will discuss presenting issues and whatever I need to know to better serve you. We will develop goals and a treatment plan.

I offer in-person & virtual therapy in Ft. Worth. I have flexible hours & immediate openings and evenings/weekends! I can even come to your home!
