I believe in tailoring therapy for each unique client - I always work to avoid having a cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all approach. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a mindfulness-based approach, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

Together we will discover what ultimately matters to you, and work together to develop strategies for working through any barriers that are preventing you from living the full, rich, and exciting life that you deserve.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck and are searching for ways to break out of old habits. I have a particular focus on the LGBT+ community and approach therapy from a queer-affirming point of view. I additionally specialize in working with people who are struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

I became a therapist because I enjoy being a positive support for other people and I want to promote mental health wellness from a nonjudgmental perspective.

Before starting full-time private practice in 2025, I spend a decade working in an LGBT counseling center, helping a wide range of queer-identified clients to develop their own strategies for maintaining wellness.
