I specialize in working with people who:

need help improving relationships; helping those struggling with addictions and how to work through the process; helping those with stress, depression, grief, school issues, work struggles and anger management.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help others be the best version of themselves and have the tools to work through anything life throws at them.

I have a small, quiet location in a small town to meet in person. I also offer virtual appointments.
