ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Three words that describe my style are:
Insightful, flexible, warm
Something unique about my approach is:
How I make sessions feel like you're talking with a trusted friend. I help connect your well-being to being treated unfairly or without respect. With a supportive, solutions-focused approach we will find ways for you to reclaim the life you want.
Together we will explore:
How expectations are affecting you and how to change what makes you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or down. This might look like learning to identify your needs, communicate effectively, and assert you boundaries with care for yourself and others.
I specialize in working with people who:
Want to connect the dots between social biases and expectations and their own well-being, as well as anyone who is experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
I became a therapist because:
I love to study people and how we become who we are. I am passionate about guiding people to a deeper understanding of themselves to spark new joy.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We can meet anywhere, either online or in-person. My office is in the Galleria but I enjoy meeting wherever you feel comfortable, such as the park!
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Be involved with my community and family. I like to connect with people through volunteering, bringing my dogs to the park, or talking on the phone.
More about me:
I'm laid back, but thoughtful and take great pride in helping you achieve results. My clients tell me sessions feel like talking to a close friend.
