I treat struggles around relationships, anxiety, and trauma. I use EMDR to help you reprocess past trauma in a comfortable and manageable way. Most importantly, I believe the relationship between you and I is a necessary foundation for any healing.

I became a therapist because:

I always knew I wanted to help others. Going through my own therapy has only solidified my passion for helping others because I know therapy works.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is centrally located in Houston right outside the loop. I also offer virtual sessions to make therapy an easy addition to your busy life.
