I use sports psychology and CBT methods to manage thoughts, emotions, and in competition moments. We will work together to explore the things that cause discomfort or performance declines. I will also provide skills and tools along the way.

Explore the obstacles that come with being an athlete. Managing expectations, pressures, and stressors are something we might discuss. Looking into performance slumps and declines while learning how to calm the mind and relax the body.

More about me and my practice:
I am a lifelong athlete who was a college softball player, fitness competitor and played women's football. I also have coached and spent many years of personal training athletes.
