I see clients in my office on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I have a Women’s Group Therapy running on Tuesday Evenings. I have a Yoga Informed Group running on Wednesday Evenings.
Three words that describe my style are:
Supportive, motivating, nonjudgemental
Something unique about my approach is:
You may experience and benefit from my knowledge and practice of yoga psychology. I can incorporate the benefits yoga has to offer into your therapy if you desire. Meditation and mindfulness will assist you to engage in your life like never before.
Together we will explore:
Over 24 years of working with clients on a variety of issues has given me vast knowledge of approaches. I will choose the (or combo) approach that works best with your strengths and abilities so you are able to become your own best therapist.
I specialize in working with people who:
I work best with clients who are interested in moving forward in their life. Anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship struggles come with struggle. I can work with you to support you in relieving your suffering. Openness and curiosity is a plus
I became a therapist because:
I have worked myself through many of the issues my clients bring to me. I believe a therapist can only take you as far/deep as they are willing to go
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
A comfortable home-like atmosphere that is quiet and comfortable. A small studio space is on site where I conduct Yoga Informed Groups.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Teach yoga and run workshops and retreats. I play with my new granddaughter and enjoy time with my husband and dogs.
More about me:
I have a unique combination of medical knowledge, Psychological knowledge and Yoga Philosophy that I use together to help others heal.
