I'm in the Bunker Hill office M, W, F and Katy-Fulshear office T, Th. 9:30-4:30 each day.
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Three words that describe my style are:
Supportive, Collaborative, Empowering
Something unique about my approach is:
I use a TEAM-CBT approach, which is a more cutting-edge approach to therapy. We will track your progress each session and I will ask for a lot of feedback to make sure I’m meeting your needs and use many different methods to find a good fit for you.
Together we will explore:
The challenges you are experiencing, your goals for therapy and type of help you’re looking for, potential barriers to change, and a variety of ways you can approach each challenge. I will seek to really understand you before I offer a solution.
I specialize in working with people who:
Want a proactive approach to therapy where they can learn new ways of dealing with life’s challenges and are willing to try new things and practice them each week. Anxiety and parenting in more connected and effective ways are common concerns.
I became a therapist because:
I care deeply about people and have dedicated my life to helping people live better lives. I want to empower people of all ages to be their best.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer two beautiful office locations—on the Katy-Fulshear border in the Memorial Villages . Both are quiet and peaceful, and offer free parking.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Spend time with my husband and son. We enjoy being outdoors, watching movies, and trying new restaurants. I also love to read and do yoga and Pilates.
More about me:
I love to learn and grow personally and professionally. I have dealt with many of the issues my clients face in their lives, so I can relate.
