how thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. We will work to change your relationship to unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns that can improve mood, sleep, anxiety and other health-related concerns.
I specialize in working with people who:
want to sleep again and who want to find their direction and vitality again, but feel at the mercy of their insomnia or buried under the stress of their (or their loved one's) medical illness.
I became a therapist because:
I have been deeply helped by therapy in my own life.

When I’m not at work, I like to:
bake, meditate, do yoga and play with my family and friends!
