I see new clients during the weekdays and have some evening availability.
Three words that describe my style are:
Safe, challenging, empowering
Something unique about my approach is:
my mind/body approach. I will attempt to know you in your entire humanity, and help you see it as well. I am a certified yoga instructor and can integrate movement into sessions if desired. My clinical approaches are integrative and not dogmatic.
Together we will explore:
how you can get in your own way via painful patterns or relationships problems. The intent is to reveal unconscious blind spots and help you change them so that you can live a full and authentic life.
I specialize in working with people who:
who would like to change the way they repeat patterns in their life. I specialize in attachment and complex trauma, personality disorders, and emotions manifested in the body.
I became a therapist because:
it was, and still is my calling.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer therapy in a bungalow in the Heights. It is a cozy, confidential and intimate environment.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Travel, practice yoga and spend time trying new food and catching new art shows.
More about me:
