My clients describe me as:
non-judgmental, warm, nurturing, authentic, and real.
Something to know about my approach is:
I do not view myself as the expert, but rather a qualified person to walk beside you and help you develop the tools to live your best life. I believe in being present and authentic with clients.
Together, we will:
explore all the areas of grief (including pet loss), trauma, dissociative disorders, HIV, depression, and anxiety. I also take a sex-positive approach and enjoy working with folks in polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships.
I specialize in working with people who:
are members of the LGBTQA community, as well as those outside the community. I work with people experiencing grief, trauma, dissociation, and narcissistic abuse recovery.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to provide a safe, affirming place for people to feel seen and emotionally held. I also aim to reduce stigma around mental health.
More about me and my practice:
I am a member of a group practice with like-minded and open-hearted individuals who love helping people.
