I work weekdays from 8am-6pm. I have many morning appointments available and some afternoon/evening.

Making changes is hard and can be scary. It's less difficult if we focus on making small changes ( taking baby steps). I also focus on creating a safe environment. I want clients to feel comfortable sharing their private thoughts.

How to develop healthy self-worth and self-identity. We will also explore how to make positive life changes.

Struggle with anxiety and/or self-worth. I also have a lot of experience working with the LBGTQ population.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy helping people. Also, I love meeting "weird" people. Its very rewarding to help people accept/celebrate their individuality.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
I spend a lot of my free time on youtube watching makeup videos or food vlogs.
I also enjoy spending time with my dogs.
