I've been characterized as a compassionate straight shooter and my clients will tell you that while I am able to sit with them through the challenging times my practice also includes laughter and poetry.
Together we will explore:
how to create a life led by your values, patterns that keep you from being present or interfere with your goals, how to make new connections in thought and action, and ways to generate solutions that work for you.
I specialize in working with people who:
find the past keeps them from being fully in the present, who are looking for more meaning connection and creativity, highly sensitive people and helping professionals. I am also skilled in working with people through life transitions and grief.
I became a therapist because:
I am amazed and humbled by the resilience and diversity of humans and I love helping people find the inspiration that already lies within them.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is full of plants, surrounded by trees and filled with natural light. People who come to see me share that it feels unique and cozy.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Make things, walk in the woods, kayak, read poetry, search for new music, go to museums, meditate and eat good food.
