About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Working with me will provide you a safe haven with a calming and reliable presence, where you will be listened with no judgement.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

Building trust and confidence in your ability to heal will be the cornerstone of our work together. I pay attention to your attachment patterns to learn why your coping skills have not been enough to cope with the discomfort you are dealing with.

  • Together, we will:

Together, we will explore new coping strategies that will help you to trust in your ability to calm down, restore your balance, and keep moving with your life.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I work individually with adults (+18) who may be in pain after a big loss or change, people from different cultures who deal with acculturation issues. Also, creative people, artists who are open to the symbolic world of images and dreams.

  • I became a therapist because:

Jungian Psychology is my model to learn about the psychic system structure and its flowing energy.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Including symbols, images and dreams may enrich the process of therapy as it promotes wholeness (body-mind-spirit).

  • More about me and my practice:

I have a License in Philosophy and have studied literature. In my research I have studied the theme of 'great health' following Nietzsche, and life as a work of art. Also the theme of the union of the oposites in the psyche, and in Western culture.
