Tuesdays 12-5 p.m., Wednesdays 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and Fridays 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Three words that describe my style are:
genuine, supportive, honest.
Something unique about my approach is:
I am also a yoga teacher, so I integrate my experience with yoga and meditation, along with a decade of experience working with young people and their parents, into the work I do with clients.
Together we will explore:
the struggles of being a parent to adolescents, how to find ease in relationships, and how to have a healthy sense of self: awareness and acceptance
I specialize in working with people who:
want better relationships...with themselves and others.
I became a therapist because:
I struggled as a teen, and I desperately wanted someone to ask the right questions or help guide my parents about how they could help me.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I office in a little bungalow in The Heights. The space has been thoughtfully created to put clients at ease. It's an adorable, comfortable space.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
practice yoga; spend time with my daughter, husband and basset hound; check out live music; camp and hike; bake; connect with people I love.
More about me:
I keep it pretty real. I can be honest and kind, assertive and gentle, directive and curious. It's all about the balance for me.
