    The creativity I bring to our sessions. In addition to talk therapy, I enjoy using mind-body approaches (such as breathwork) as well as activities for self-expression - these help empower you to cultivate the life experience you want for yourself.

    How to help you love yourself for who you are and not for who you think you should be. We will explore how your feelings of tension & stress are present in your body and help you have more control over your feelings despite what you're going through.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

    Would like to learn how to be nicer to themselves. People often come to me feeling like they're not good enough or feeling behind in where they want to be in their career or romantically. I can help you shift your mindset and develop self-compassion

  • I became a therapist because:

    My mom's terminal illness taught me how complex the human experience is. I enjoy creating space for others to unpack and process their own experience.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

    The natural light and cozy, welcoming space. We are in a charming historical building close to The Menil and we always have tea and coffee on deck!

  • When I’m not at work, I like to:

    Relax! Sometimes this means walking my dog or reading a book; sometimes this means watching Netflix or dinner with friends. I also enjoy seeing plays!
