My work hours are Mon/ Wed: 10am-7pm; Tues: 10am-4pm; Thurs: 10am-6pm and every other Fri 10am-1pm.

I specialize in working with people who:
are seeking relief from depression or anxiety, are struggling with burnout, are looking for support with life balance and adulting, or who are searching for tools to help improve their self-worth. I also work well with recovering perfectionists!
I became a therapist because:
My mom's terminal illness taught me how fragile the human experience is. I enjoy helping others cope with their pain and also lean into their joys.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
The natural light and cozy, welcoming space! We also offer teletherapy options to help our clients with challenging schedules or difficult commutes.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Spend time with my support system, coffee taste-test, read, daydream about my next trip, go to dance classes, walk my dog, do laundry (yes, laundry!)
