struggle with feeling good enough or with people-pleasing tendencies. I can help you shift your mindset, explore your identity, develop self-compassion, & learn how to be nicer to yourself. I also frequently work with members of the LGBTQ+ community
I became a therapist because:
I want to help other people access the tools and support that have helped me cope with my own painful experiences. Therapy can truly be life-changing.

"Ajana" is a Bengali word meaning the unknown/unfamiliar/undiscovered. "Ajana Therapy" was created to help others explore their personal "Ajana".
