Something to know about my approach is:

I am queer-friendly and work from an intersectional perspective. My approach is informed by my advanced training in trauma resilience, and I utilize a variety of mind and body techniques alongside ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP & mindfulness.

Together, we will:

help you learn how to better navigate and manage your feelings of anxiety, understand and cope with stress, feel more confident, move forward from past painful experiences, and feel more excited about the possibilities life has to offer.

I specialize in working with people who:

cannot stop overthinking and/or individuals with intrusive thoughts. I also work well with fellow recovering perfectionists and recovering people-pleasers - people often come to me feeling like they aren't "good enough" or "doing enough".

I became a therapist because:

my mom’s terminal illness taught me how complex the human experience is. I enjoy creating space for others to unpack and process their own experiences

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer teletherapy, which can provide you with the comfort of being in your own home or PJ's (or the convenience of meeting during your lunch break!)
