My work hours are Mon/ Wed: 10am-7pm; Tues: 10am-4pm; Thurs: 10am-6pm and every other Fri 10am-1pm.
Three words that describe my style are:
Authentic, Compassionate, Understanding
Something unique about my approach is:
I see the person, not the problem. This means that I respect each person’s unique experiences, background, and situation. I operate from a holistic perspective and incorporate mind-body approaches.
Together we will explore:
ways to help the harder times in life feel more manageable. We will explore your unique identity, your strengths, and the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I specialize in working with people who:
would like to learn how to be nicer to themselves. This often includes concerns related to anxiety, self-worth, perfectionism, life balance, and identity. I also frequently work with individuals impacted by trauma.
I became a therapist because:
My mom's terminal illness taught me how complex the human experience is. I enjoy creating space for others to unpack and process their own experience.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
The natural light and cozy, welcoming space! We also offer teletherapy options to help our clients with challenging schedules or difficult commutes.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Spend time with my support system, read, explore coffee shops, walk my dog, create something new, and go to dance classes.
More about me:
I am extremely honored to be in this line of work and to share in other's life journeys. Let's create the space you deserve to figure out what's next
