My emphasis in therapy and counseling is influenced by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, but I am ready to learn and apply techniques that would best assist the clients.

I became a therapist because:

I volunteered and worked with children, adolescents, and families and saw how the impact of pain and hurt led to a career in therapy for healing.
