About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

I show up in each session as my authentic and genuine self, providing a safe judgement-free space for clients to do the same.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

While my general approach is person-centered, I ultimately believe that the best approach is the one that works and that the client is the expert regarding their unique life experience which informs and provides the context for healing.

  • Together, we will:

I work collaboratively with clients to not only face and overcome current struggles or issues, but also to find empowerment and purpose within what may have previously only been pain. There is freedom on the other side and it is available to us all.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

My work in substance use and co-occurring disorders taught me the importance of providing integrated treatment for the whole person, which incorporates an understanding of how each disorder effects the other, both in presentation and response.

  • I became a therapist because:

My belief in the transformative gift one can experience through effective therapy was born during my own personal journey of healing and growth.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

In-person sessions are provided in a space that is beautifully decorated without sacrificing any comfort. Virtual sessions are offered as well.
