We will journey together at your pace, not mine, to help ease your distress. I work from a humanistic orientation weaving together psychoeducation, EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalytic Therapy.

I became a therapist because:

Being a client of therapy for all of my adulthood, I know how wonderful therapy can be if it's done right. Previously was in HR but burned out.
