ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Three words that describe my style are:
Creative, Fun, and Uplifting
Something unique about my approach is:
How I help people nurture self-acceptance and self-expression through more than just words. If you're comfortable, we can use art and movement to find new ways to nurture self-compassion, develop confidence, and learn to find relief from your doubts.
Together we will explore:
How you can learn to love yourself for who you are, and not for what you accomplish. Together, we'll make sure you see your strengths and practice leaning into your support system to calm your fears and develop self-love.
I specialize in working with people who:
Want to lean how to be kinder and gentler with themselves. I have the most success with people who feel like they are "not good enough" or who worry about living up to other's expectations.
I became a therapist because:
I grew up with mental illness in my family & I wasn't able to get help until college. I know what this journey is like, and I'm here to help.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Our building is a calming oasis. We have beautiful plants, books, snacks, tea, water, and a phone charging station in the waiting room.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Laugh & relax with TV shows like Stranger Things and The Office. I love trying new foods and seeing people discover their passions through creativity.
