I am here to support you and help you hold yourself accountable to accomplishing your goals of feeling less anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed with life. I use healing somatic therapies including Brainspotting and EMDR.

Together, we'll make sure you see your strengths, use your coping skills, and practice leaning into your support system to calm your fears and develop self-love and confidence in managing your panic attacks, anxiety, perfectionism, and/or OCD.

I have the most success with people who struggle with anxiety, boundaries, cultural issues, neurodivergence, OCD, relationships, & perfectionism. Some may feel like they are "not good enough" or who worry about living up to other's expectations.

I grew up with undiagnosed/untreated mental illness in my South Asian family. I know what this journey is like, & I'm here to help you break cycles.
