I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is the most important part of therapy. By feeling comfortable to share and explore freely we can look at how past experiences and unconscious thoughts may be affecting you in the present.

Clarify why you are feeling the way that you do and help you improve your self-esteem, know your self-worth, have healthier relationships, understand yourself and your behaviors, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.

Worry about being good enough, feel like they don't know or accept their true selves, struggle with relationships and/or people pleasing, or feel unhappy with parts of their lives despite having done everything "right".

I became a therapist because:

My own personal experience in therapy had a profound impact on my life and I wanted to be able to share that gift with others.

I offer online sessions and provide in-person therapy in an Upper Kirby office suite among fellow therapists.
