I want my clients to feel me in their corner and supporting them without judgement. My approach is collaborative and I'm an approachable clinician focused on our relationship as a strong foundation, my work is person-centered and trauma informed.

Are having a difficult time with their identity, life trajectory and self esteem. Struggle with low body image and a lack of self confidence. I also help folks in recovery from an eating disorder and people who are processing religious trauma.

I myself have experienced deep healing through moments I have felt safe, seen, and supported. I hope to support the empowerment of my clients.

The pain we carry grows as we hide and silence it. It is a deeply brave thing to come forward and talk about habits, thoughts, or feelings that we are hiding from others. I am so grateful to be able to hold space for my clients along their journey.
