I specialize in working with people who:

Are having a difficult time with their identity, life trajectory and self esteem. Struggle with low body image and a lack of self confidence. I also help folks in recovery from an eating disorder and people who are processing religious trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I myself have experienced deep healing through moments I have felt safe, seen, and supported. I hope to support the empowerment of my clients.

More about me and my practice:

The pain we carry grows as we hide and silence it. It is a deeply brave thing to come forward and talk about habits, thoughts, or feelings that we are hiding from others. I am so grateful to be able to hold space for my clients along their journey.
