I believe in the power of presence. My role is to come alongside people as a fellow traveler--to provide a kind, calming presence that allows them to explore their difficult life experiences in ways that lead to deep healing.
Together, we will:
We all get lost sometimes. The bend in the road can leave us feeling abandoned, like we are all alone in the darkness. There is more than all this pain. Together, we can pursue hope and the kind of flourishing we were always meant to live in.
I specialize in working with people who:
are facing such challenges as depression, grief, anxiety, effects of past trauma, low self-worth, personal identity, life transitions, relationship issues, and academic/career stress.
I became a therapist because:
I find joy in listening to people. It is an honor to come alongside people in their pain as they explore and find healing.
