Mondays through Thursdays - 10 AM to 8 PM
Fridays - 9 AM to 5 PM
Three words that describe my style are:
The 3 E's:
Something unique about my approach is:
While I listen/reflect as any good therapist would, I'm not passive. I'm told by current clients that I really challenge them to think critically about the choices they're making and whether those choices are really giving them the life they want.
Together we will explore:
Your reasons, of course, for seeking therapy and your overall goals, but, more importantly, we would want to figure out in the first few sessions whether we're a good fit for each other.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are highly sensitive, high functioning, and really motivated and committed to evolving in how they communicate and collaborate in their personal and professional relationships.
I became a therapist because:
I've spent my life being an artful listener, because I truly care and am truly passionate about people's mental health and their overall well-being.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
To quote a counseling colleague: "Troy is judgment-free, kind, and cares deeply about each and every client. His office is a safe sanctuary."
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Listen to music (especially opera and jazz), watch stand-up comedy, read, meditate and "practice" yoga.
More about me:
I've been told more than a few times that my "hilariousness" is infectious. If we can't enjoy a good laugh, our "serious-ism" about life will kill us!
