I specialize in working with people who:

Often times young people, or young at heart, that are feeling lost, "weird," or different from their peers. Typically they are more emotionally intelligent and empathetic than their peers and need help navigating communication in relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I decided I wanted to be the therapist I never had as a young person.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer walk and talk therapy at several local trails and parks in the North Houston Area as well as in an office setting and telehealth appointments.
