I specialize in working with people who:

feel overly stressed, anxious, insecure, or lost. I specialize in anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, self-esteem, college students/young adults, relationship issues, and other issues.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy meeting people where they are at, and believe we all go through times when we need a little extra guidance and support and to feel heard.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer online therapy which is often many people's preference due to the flexibility and accessibility to participate from the comfort of their home.

My approach is relationship-driven, though I utilize CBT, DBT, and MI through a strength-based, trauma-informed lens. I believe that exploring our thoughts, emotions, and relationships can bring insight and relief from our problems.
