I am goal-oriented and work from a solution-focused perspective while practicing CBT and EMDR therapy. Therapy is not a one-size fits all experience and we will customize treatment that is best for you.

I offer online therapy because I like the flexibility it gives clients to log in from home and they don't need to worry about adding a commute.
