Something to know about my approach is:

While I do make this a welcoming environment I will challenge my clients time to time. We all struggle with negative thoughts at times and I try to point these out when I see them in my clients. I give "homework" to practice outside of session.

People often discuss their concerns related to their faith. I work often with grieving parents from miscarriages, couples dealing with infertility and various other issues related to depression and anxiety. This is not an exhaustive list though.

I specialize in providing Christian counseling. However, I am open working with those that don't wish to have this.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been a great listener. I became a therapist to use these natural skills in order to help assist others with their problems.

More about me and my practice:

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2015 in the state of Oklahoma. I am now licensed in Texas as well. My practice aims to help others to actively engage their lives instead of going through the motions.
