I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental, and direct approach to therapy where you feel like you can be your most authentic self.

After you feel safe and ready to do so, we explore unhelpful patterns and recognize that they’re not flaws but parts of you that have been working hard to protect you from deep pain—feelings like shame, inadequacy, or grief.

My clients would describe me as authentic, collaborative, and compassionate, yet direct, challenging, and humorous. I aim to make a space where you can be your most authentic self and voice what feels true to you.

I work with people who feel anxious, overthink, and intellectualize their experience and emotions. My clients are usually "very good" at therapy and understand the "why" behind their trauma, but have trouble moving on from it. They may have a strong inner critic and find it difficult to show themselves compassion.

I realized how powerful therapy was in my own life because it helped me overcome my own personal trauma, chronic shame, and embrace my authentic self.

I believe in acknowledging systems of oppression in our society as a main contributor to mental health issues. I strive to provide accessible and affordable services as a way to overcome these barriers to mental health care.
