I emphasize focusing on the client trusting themselves, decreased insecurity, and helping the client to clarify and accomplish their own solutions to problems. It is important for the client to feel empowered over their own mental health.

Discuss any concerns you may be having that relate to family issues, substance abuse, mental health conditions, emotional wellness, grief, criminal behavior, divorce, trauma, abuse, phobias, self-care, weight and body-image, and/or anger management.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, trauma, and PTSD.

I became a therapist because:

I am human and I have fought through dark times myself. I found help, strength, and courage from working through my struggles with a therapist.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual therapy only. This allows the client to meet me whenever and wherever is most convenient for them.
