I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing a change or loss in their primary romantic relationship. I help my clients process their grief, work through practical stress and eventually we look towards their new opportunities. I help men, women, teens and children 8+.

I became a therapist because:

I have an absolute belief that every person is capable of creating their best selves and life with support. There is so much beauty in overcoming!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My longhorn photos in the background. I have created a little cozy virtual office for us and as a Longhorn it was only appropriate.

More about me and my practice:

I have 20 yrs experience as a social worker, 15 yrs as a clinician. Also, I'm a child of divorce & I have benefited from a collaborative divorce in my own life. Of course a therapist doesn't need to live the same experience, it sure does help though.
