You won't find a "blank slate" with me. I take an active role in the room, offering feedback when appropriate and helping my clients problem solve and learn new strategies for dealing with whatever is causing them distress.

I specialize in working with people who:
feel stuck, anxious and alone. I offer postpartum depression treatment, postpartum anxiety treatment, counseling for moms, affirming counseling for LGBTQ+ adults and general anxiety treatment.
I became a therapist because:
I believe every person is inherently worthy of feeling safe, known and heard.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I share space with a group of therapists so the office is (almost) always quiet, comfortable and calm.
