Something to know about my approach is:

it is person-centered. I follow the client's lead as we work together. I offer a safe space for clients to express themselves freely and process trauma as they become comfortable and better equipped with the tools given with each session.

Together, we will:

develop a plan to navigate how to resolve trauma, cope with stressors and triggers in healthier ways, make healthier connections with others, and overcome thoughts and emotions tied to the past that no longer serve the client.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced unresolved trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression, women's issues, mood disorders, single mother issues, parenting issues, narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, self-compassion issues, loneliness., people pleasing, and more.

I became a therapist because:

it is my passion to help clients rise above their circumstances to become the best version of themselves, and I believe in the power of therapy.
