My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental. We will work together to understand how your brain/body/relationships have come together to lead you where you are, and how you can better understand yourself, heal hurts from the past, and cope.
I specialize in working with people who:
Identify with trauma, have experienced difficult childhood experiences, are neurodiverse or love someone who is neurodiverse, are navigating depression or anxiety, or are feeling stuck and ready to make a change in their life.
I became a therapist because:
I've experienced hardships myself, and benefited greatly from therapy. I am passionate about providing that same support and guidance to others!

I offer remote therapy - which means you can access therapy by video, phone, or text from anywhere you have a secure internet connection!
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Teach improv and circus, spend time on my trapeze, read, spend time outside!
