About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

I am authentic, compassionate, non-judgmental and very skilled in my niche. I strive to make my clients feel safe and empowered.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I try to give my clients an early win. You should leave your first appointment with at least one concrete item to work on. I am to the point and want you to get results as soon as possible. No need to be in therapy any longer than necessary.

  • Together, we will:

Let’s work together. You’re in charge and I want to help you set realistic, attainable goals that make sense in your life. I try to use interventions that build off of what you already spend your time doing so change won’t feel so overwhelming.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with men who are put off by the traditional therapeutic process. My goal is to change the minds of those who dislike the idea of counseling and show how beneficial it can be.

  • I became a therapist because:

I have 3 boys and I grew up without a father. I want to help guys become good, healthy, happy men.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is designed to be a masculine friendly environment. It is relaxing and non-clinical and helps to foster relaxation in my clients.

  • More about me and my practice:

My practice is my passion. The counseling world has not been focused on male wellness in the past. My hope is to help more men feel comfortable in asking for help and receive counseling services.
