I have an eclectic approach to treatment however, I tend to draw from a Client-Centered approach as you are the master of your own life. From smooth sailing to jumping over obstacles, I'm there to guide you through it.

I specialize in working with people who:

may be struggling with men's issues, trauma, addiction and recovery, grief and loss, and incarceration and re-entry. As a fire wife, another passion is supporting first responders and those who love them.

I became a therapist because:

I grew up in a home that didn't discuss mental health and I knew I wasn't alone. I want to help others break the stigma and get help along the way.
