OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
Easy to talk to, encouraging, thoughtful, supportive and caring.
Something to know about my approach is:
I strive to meet clients where they are and to provide a judgment-free environment where every client can be their authentic self. The therapeutic alliance is sacred to me. Your safety & confidentiality are top priority.
Together, we will:
build a unique therapeutic relationship in which you feel understood & supported. The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative effort to help you process feelings, gain new insights, learn more about yourself, & to learn more about what you want.
I specialize in working with people who:
are struggling with anything from anxiety to imposter syndrome to involvement in the criminal justice system to difficulty setting & maintaining boundaries with loved ones.
I became a therapist because:
being a person is hard! What a joy it is for me to hold space for others to be completely human & completely themselves while we figure things out.
More about me and my practice:
In addition to offering general therapy for adults, I also provide therapy for those who are involved in the criminal justice system. I offer compassionate services to acknowledge and address the unique experiences and challenges of this involvement.
