Have experienced some sort of trauma, specifically in their childhood or a sexual assault. I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds within that area.

I became a therapist because:

Every person has a story. Every person has a voice that deserves to be heard, seen, and valued. I want to be a listener of stories, of your life.

Starting counseling can be scary and it does not look the same for every person. I believe that the therapy room should be a safe environment in which a person is free to be open up and explore your experiences without judgment.
