Open-minded, nurturing and an abstract thinker. I take into consideration the impact of social, cultural, and systemic factors on clients' well-being.

I don't stay surface level. My approach is eclectic and an invitation to challenge the deep-seated limiting beliefs that are being held in your mind and body. From Somatic therapy, to EMDR, IFS, Reiki and hypnotherapy.

Together, we will:

Address the whole Self, using a range of Western and Eastern therapeutic interventions. I integrate both traditional and alternative approaches in counseling, blending evidence-based methods with more holistic and intuitive strategies.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are able to be there for others but struggle showing up for themselves. People who can be good at identifying their emotions but struggle actually FEELING them. People whose inner voice might be too mean, and they feel like their own worst enemy.

I became a therapist because:

I have my own share of trauma and I wanted to learn how to heal myself. In the process I realized that I could help others in their own journeys.
