I use a strength-based approach. Let's build upon what is already working in your world. I also use an attachment-based perspective. We will assess your patterns of interacting with others and how these have been influenced by your early relationships. Once you have a better understanding of your attachment style, you can make changes.

Together we will explore your concerns. We will examine your present functioning in the context of your past and how old survival skills may be influencing current behavior. We can find ways to eliminate those old coping mechanisms if they are no longer serving you well.
