I am compassionate. I don't judge. I am able to offer a different perspective for you.
Something unique about my approach is:
I hold a safe space for you to sit in your emotions and talk through your struggles so that you may find resolution and peace.
Together we will explore:
your struggles that led you to me. Life can be like getting tackled by a 250 lb. linebacker that knocks your helmet side-ways. I can lend a hand, and help re-adjust your view so you are no longer looking at life through the ear-hole.
I specialize in working with people who:
work in public safety: law enforcement, dispatch, fire fighters, other first or 2nd responders and their spouses. I work with adults who need to resolve issues from childhood trauma, such as abuse or neglect.
I became a therapist because:
I realized my strength is being able to sit with someone in a crisis and can guide them through the darkness towards healing.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
my office is warm and inviting. The furniture is comfy. I also offer tele-therapy.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
work outside, play in the dirt, manage my garden and landscape. I love to hike and explore. I also love building things, like woodworking.
More about me:
I see you and I listen.
