A counselor who is compassionate, dedicated, relatable, and non-judgmental.
Something to know about my approach is:
I value the connection that I make with my clients by letting them go at their own pace. I value the relationship that my clients and I have and ensure that you feel comfortable in the counseling process.
Together, we will:
Explore your identity, your goals, your strengths, and your accomplishments. How you define yourself can be healing and enlightening. Often clients speak of their families, hardships, trauma, fears, and goals.
I specialize in working with people who:
Have had a tough life and have had to learn how to push through pain and suffering. At some point, trauma catches up and people begin to notice it in their relationships, their work, and in their bodies.
I became a therapist because:
I noticed the pain and suffering in death, in migrating countries, and in growing up without feeling understood.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We have a strong focus on social justice and advocate for marginalized communities. Session are currently held virtually to ensure your safety.
