I'm calm, curious and a great listener. Through conversation and activities, I work alongside you to create a space for you to engage in self-discovery, process life events, unlearn unhelpful beliefs/ behaviors, build coping skills, and work towards inner peace.

Create a safe place for you to process and develop a plan to re-gain a sense of control. Whether it's anxiety, relationship conflict, or life/career changes, matter what's led you here, I believe in the human capacity to adapt and grow with the right support.

Are in the 18 - 40+ age range navigating relationship issues, self-exploration, life and career transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, stress, anxiety/depression, and family conflict.

Representation in mental health means a lot to me and I find special joy in being able to work alongside people like myself; those who maybe didn't have the most support at times growing up.

My work is rooted in relational, compassion focused, and trauma informed practices (with a bit of humur as medicine). Alot of those I work with are new to therapy, members of the BIPOC community, or seeking someone who "gets" them.
