I provide therapy from a relational perspective, which means in exploring you, we also explore the family, friends, work, and other systems within which you exist. Your relationships are part of who you are too, and ultimately affect how you show up!

Explore your complex and unique psychological challenges as a woman navigating life transitions while facing pressures and inequalities specific to women. We will build healthy tools to help you move through transitions with confidence!

I specialize in working with people who:

Identify as women, navigating life transitions and living with mental health struggles due to always being the ones holding everything and everyone together, ignoring their own needs and often suffering in silence.

I became a therapist because:

I spent far too long "white-knuckling" the world--staying in isolation and trying to solve problems on my own before realizing therapy truly helps.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I currently offer teletherapy only, with an aim to continue teletherapy but also provide in-person sessions one weekend day per week in early 2024.
