I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, healing and strengthening boundaries from abusive or difficult relationships, desensitization to traumatic memories, and working through grief.

I became a therapist because:

Life experiences pointed me in this direction to include my background in newspaper, background investigations, health coaching, and military life.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I can do virtual or in-person sessions. The in-person location is fairly centrally located for Fort Worth area off of I-820.
