My go-to therapy approach is solution-focused so that individuals can help set the goals for counseling. From an educator, school counselor to LPC, I find that it helps when the client solves the problem.

We will set goals and then together determine the path to get there. I am easy going and non-judgmental. Most people find me easy in which to talk as well as empathetic to your struggles.

I love working with teens! It motivates me to support young individuals on their journey to discover who they are. We can identify strengths and abilities to enhance relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I remember how difficult and trying those teen years can be. I'm young at heart and adolescents/teens usually like to talk to me!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is always filled with sensory items that attract adults as well as kids. I love to have the latest fidgets in hand while we chat.
