OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
Compassionate, engaged, transparent and real. I believe being able to laugh at our humanness together is one of the greatest healers.
Something to know about my approach is:
I will encourage transparency, value-driven decision making, humor, self-compassion, and making room for your thoughts and feelings. I will help you respond to anxiety in a psychologically flexible way, which translates to richer life experience.
Together, we will:
Let's collaboratively determine, clarify, and work towards YOUR values and goals for your life. You have the life experience and the knowledge about yourself and I want you to trust in yourself, as well as our therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in working with people who:
Suffer from anxiety and stress. While I work with all kinds of anxiety, my more focused clinical interests include food allergy anxiety and the family, and stress and anxiety related to COVID 19.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I practice telehealth only. I am a member of PSYPACT, an interstate compact for qualified psychologists to practice in multiple states.
More about me and my practice:
I am committed to meeting you right where you are in your life. I treat adolescents (14+) and adults in individual, family and group therapy. We can talk about the best format for your particular presenting issues.
