If you’re here, you might be carrying more than you let anyone see—old wounds, anxious thoughts, or patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe you’ve spent years being the strong one, the perfect one, the helper, the peace-keeper, and now you feel disconnected from who you are beneath all of that.

Together, we’ll explore your attachment patterns, boundaries, somatic cues, and the parts of you that learned to stay quiet. I also support children and teens as they navigate their emotions, as well as family and life changes. My goal is to help you and your loved ones feel more connected, grounded, and understood.

My style is warm and curious, and I’ll help you make sense of what’s underneath your stress so healing finally feels possible.
