I am a trauma-informed therapist and assist my client's in getting back in touch with the needs of their mind and body. In my practice, I show up as my authentic self and utilize interventions based on the needs of my clients.

My primary focus is to help women of color, as well as adolescents, process difficult emotions and experiences.

I help women unpack trauma’s impact on their present-day life so they can develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I offer flexible services that can be done via telehealth or in person.

I also work with children and adolescents who are struggling with emotional regulation to develop helpful coping, communication, and social skills.
