About Me:

  • Three words that describe my style are:

    Empowering. Inspiring. Illuminating.

  • Something unique about my approach is:

How I help people who feel frustrated with their life. Why won’t the world do what I want, why can’t I be who I want? I'll teach you tools informed by neuroscience to help you meet your goals and create a joyous path to successful living!

  • Together we will explore:

Inadequacy, indecision, intimacy, integrity, and sometimes words that don't start with "in"! I can help you understand the science behind task management and relieve the shame of feeling not good enough when you can’t juggle everything.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

feel supercharged during a crisis, but struggle to complete daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and bills. I can help men and women in turbulent romantic relationships, couples dealing with bumps in the road, and parents who feel overwhelmed.

  • I became a therapist because:

I believe with effective counseling the human spirit can survive any challenge and adapt to any situation - even, or especially, our current situation

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Remote/teletherapy might feel challenging, but it is still worth to give it a try because it's better than trying to handle everything on your own.

  • When I’m not at work, I like to:

Meditate, play and coach basketball, play guitar. Cobra Kai!

  • More about me:

I am a seventh generation rabbi, and outside of my clinical work I am a pastoral counselor to Jews and spiritual advisor to Christians.
